I thought the room, comfort, and cleanliness was a great deal for what you offer. The front desk person when we checked out and who was helping with breakfast was so helpful and nice, it made a lasting impression on our stay. It would be great if you had more employees like him. :).

The setting was lovely and the rooms were great. A good value for the price. We will use it again next time we are in the area.

Attractive grounds - spectacular trees.
The breakfast area was not clean. The chairs had sticky stuff on them and black dirty marks everywhere. My daughter did not want to sit down on any of the chairs.
The person at night when we checked in was not friendly and made us feel like we were bothering her. :(.
Wish it was closer to PDX but then it probably wouldn't be a good price.
The hotel is starting to show signs of wear, The grounds were very slippery due to the Pineneedles and leaves, The designated smoking areas are too close to the hotel.

Thr fitness equipment was not in good repair. The I-5 freeway is pretty loud.
