The chalet was very well equipped. I loved the location on the edge of a lake and balcony was a perfect setting to have a Bar BQ, drink wine and watch the sunset. the location was fabulous and it provided us a place to cook our own meals and just relax. the kids had fun. the kitchen was beneficial, and the deck was nice. Location on lake was beautiful. Space was great, everything you needed. 5 mins to town or ski mountain.

Close to Big mountain. only one step to condo view amenities in kitchen nice tv close to town and glacier. Location was the best being on the lake. Very close to town without being noisy. just a wonderful place to come and stay. I will definitely do it again. The view of the lake! It was easy to feel like home, the bed was great!. Proximity to Glacier National Park. Deck and beach on the lake. Lakeside view, decor, pool. Beautiful View Nice Deck. the view, access, quiet. Location was great! Space was nice as well, we had lots of room. LOVED the view of the lake. Overall, we had a great time and would go back!!!. Nothing. all was ok. no complaints. I would like yo see more privacy between units so while I am sitting on my deck I don't sit next to another person not in my party. Some suites are too old and dated like the 70's. one of the 3 suites our group used was modernized. no grab bar in tub no hair dryer no luggage holder in bdrm nosiy neighbors (didn'T report them). The hideabed was unusable. The frame was bent extremely. The mattress on the hideabed was also stained. Minor maintenance/cleaning issues. Noisy overhead neighbour into early morning hours. We were in a lower level unit and it was very loud when the person above walked around. Check out at 10 am is too early Game room closed too early. Hot water for shower, the water was warm only. Very little staff. No staff in the office because it was their slow time. Some of the utensils in the kitchen were dirty. Unit was dated but it really didn't matter. Very quiet. View of the lake was awesome!. Ending up costing us over $200 a day, when I was led to believe it cost around $120/day when I signed up. Would NEVER have signed up if knew it was that much!!!. The hide a bed mattress was very uncomfortable. Was told it was a Queen size and it was only a double so two people could not sleep on it. Also was told we were getting an apartment on the lake and we did not. It's was behind the ones on the lake. Hard to comment on the staff because we never seen anyone. Only to register and check out. All the publicityimplies that you are directly on the lake - you are not we were way back. They unlike most places take half your accomodation costs when you book and half 31 days before you arrive. They have a whole range of draconian rules threatening you with fines - the best one is ejection from the site if you exceed 5mph - all the signs on the site say 10mph.If you are going to Whitefish there are better places to stay and they are much more honest about their facilities.
