  Our 4 day stay at Best Western Cades Cove was amazing! We will never stay anywhere else but here when we visit the Smokey Mountains. The staff was polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and shared outing ideas for our family that were 'off the beaten path' and that made our visit extra memorable and special. The rooms were very large (even with a family... cosa dice la gente » of 5 in it!) and well decorated, appliances all new, and bed was first rate! WiFi never failed us! Never ran out of hot water! Best hotel stay in 17 - The location with mountain and sunset views. The price was reasonable. This is an older property that has been updated and renovated with flat screen TVs, micro and refrig very nice bathroom. Small towels but that not a big deal. The staff were pleasant. He breakfast was good . Had plenty of choice though I was not impressed with the scramble eggs just fall apart. The property had a very nice pool and nicely landscaped. Overall I thoroughly enjoys my stay.
