  The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and very nice. We had a room with a king bed and it had a refrigerator and also a small table.   The motel was very clean. The owners are a very nice family that takes pride in their motel. They were very courteous and helpful. They always made sure we were comfortable and answered questions about the area. We enjoyed our stay and will stay there again. It is an older style but so are most of the motels in the area. Thank goodness for the air conditioner. THe manager had it turned on way before we got there! Nice!Fridge/freezer was nice to have. Was just the 2 of us.

  Given the difficulty of finding a hotel on Cape Cod for one night in August, this place was more than good. Hey, it isn't fancy, but it was clean, the water was hot, and the people very nice. Walk across the street and there are two great restaurants with decks on the water and you can ride your bike to the West Dennis beach in 15 minutes.   It's a cheerful place, well maintained, rooms are clean and cosy. The staff (or probably they were the owners) was very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, our visit was too brief and we didn't have chance to enjoy the swimming pool which looked nice and clean. Nice little pool and convenient location. A power transformer blew while we were there, which caused power and a/c problems for about 10 hours and utility company didn't fix and the a/c didn't come back on until 12:30am. They did the best they could dealing with cranky guests. For the money, a pretty good deal.

  Everything. I stayed at Hunters Green during the July 4th holiday and had to come back again before the end of summer. I absolutely love the staff here (its under new management) everyone is courteous and makes you feel welcome. The pool is always clean and heated and the hot tub will put you to sleep. The motel is located smack in the middle of all of West Yarmouth's activities and great if you have kids and don't wa - The owner and staff were outstandingly friendly. Extremely accommodating helpful with where to eat and not to eat. Overall a very pleasant stay and I would definitely stay with them again. Free excellent coffee or tea all day/evening until office closes is a nice perk. Heated pool was nice and the owner even kept it open a little later for me and my family to swim. The price was excellent hope it stays in this economy.
