  Bella struttura - We were initially given a room on the parking lot side. When I asked for a river view, they immediately accommodated us with no "attitude." We also dined at the restaurant and when I was served a Brandy Alexander in a martini glass I was shocked. I explained to the waiter that I thought they came in a Hurricane glass. Very nice rooms, but may need to replace with new pillows. And the fact that as soon as we checked in, we got a call from the front desk asking if everything was OK and if we needed anything....

  The hotel was nice as far as the rooms were concerned. Nothing special but it was clean and well maintained which is important to us! The pool was closed which would have been a disappointment if the kids were along but for this trip it was ok! - Tanya in the Lounge was very nice and took really great care of us.
