  From the moment my wife and I arrived, we loved the location, the hotel and the staff. The room was very large with a great seating area and outdoor space. The pool was a very pleasant place to be after a walk into Santa Barbara and back.   My husband and I were visiting Santa Barbara for a horse show. We spent the week at the Pepper Tree! Very clean nicely appointed rooms. Location great for Earl Warren Show grounds or shopping and dining in downtown Santa Barbara! Great staff! And nice little restaurant. They were very quick to come and clean when my grandson had an accident. Loved the lay out with the patios to the pool. The restaurant was delicious. Loved the food and the service.   We have had an elongated stay of about 2 months. We have had a birds eye view of the staff and premise. The staff is efficient and warm but respectful. Even though we have been here a long time not one of them has displayed disrespect lack of caring about their job. They still call us MR and MRS. They atmosphere of the hotel is unique and charming. There ar - I liked it was out by itself..secluded you might say. I would surely stay again and recommend to family and friends.   Loved the staff: Sarah at front desk was wonderful; bartender at pool who's name I can't remember but who was a wealth of information about dining options; valet guys -everyone was top notch and super friendly. - Great hotel, service amazing.
