From the front desk staff to the cleaning crew, all the staff was extremely friendly and willing to help in any way. We especially enjoyed the people who helped with the complimentary breakfast. The hotel was centrally located so we were never more than 10 minutes from the things we wanted to do. I would definitely stay there again. -

the clean rooms and very wonderful people at the reception desk. when my son got sick with very high fever, all the people at the fron desk were very helpful and they called a clinic, made an appointment for me, gav eme excellent directions how to get there, and above all, they all showed genuine care and concern. We had a wonderful time staying at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, San Diego
recently from March 11 to 14. The facilities were excellent. Our bedroom
was nice and the bed was comfortable, and coffee making was provided.

Location was excellent!. Room was clean. We opted not to get room clean on second day stay and got $5 coupon to use at one of their restaurants. Service was great. We requested clean towels on second day and were brought up quickly. If you need something for room, just call and ask. Friendly staff. Got $5 coupons for each member (5) towards San Diego zoo. Could get noisy due to it being family friendly but that is expected. Close to restaurants.

So big. Big T.V. in livingroom with fold out couch. Refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, iron and board, big rooms. T.V. in bedroom also. Great food, staff, location. Loved this place. I've stayed at several different places in San Diego and this one is number one so far. -

In-N-Out & Walgreens. Room was nicely furnished. Great to have complimentary breakfast. Added bonus was free bus shuttle to varous places, Zoo, SeaWorld & airport. Great value for money!
