We were very Happy to stay there . The location was perfect for us and when we got back in the evening most of the staff greeted us, we were very comfortable till our next day adventures. We had a one night stopover and chose this hotel as it was close to the airport. As I habitually have a cup of tea on arrival at any hotel, I really appreciated the all day tea/coffee /hot chocolate provided free of charge in the lobby. There are also afternoon cookies and morning muffins, very nice touch.

The front desk staff (particularly Denise) was great to work with and
always ready to help with suggestions for dining and fun things to do.
Enjoyed the heated pool and jacuzzi and the rooms were very comfortable
with flat screen TVs, microwaves and refrig. Nice location - Point Loma,
a bit away from the super busy areas of San Diego. The breakfast was
better than usual as it had a protein choice (eggs) and waffles which
are always a winner. This is a high value experience for the price point

It is very close to the airport (about 1mi) although driving from the
airport is about 2.5 miles. It is a quiet Old town location, but located
on the I-5, so if you're a light sleeper, make sure you get ear
plugs or make sure you get a front side room. We were there only for 2

Staff was friendly, parked our car very close to our room, likedvthe mini fridge, microwave and the breakfast included, it was more than I thought it would be (breakfast) and it was very convenient so that you got that out of the way and could start your day. From the front desk staff to the cleaning crew, all the staff was extremely friendly and willing to help in any way. We especially enjoyed the people who helped with the complimentary breakfast. The hotel was centrally located so we were never more than 10 minutes from the things we wanted to do. I would definitely stay there again. -
