Staff was very friendly and helpful. Front desk asked if we had already eaten dinner upon check in. When I told her we hadn't, she recommended restaurants that were kid friendly. Location..helpfulness of staff..breakfast so great, variety if choices, attendant present keeping it well supplied!! Room comfortable & clean! Great TV with many channels!!. Great beds, good, selection of movies available on cable. Accomodating staff. Easy access to favorite sites,within walking distance to downtown, trolley. Very clean rooms.

The rooms were renovated and nce although they were a bit small. The staff was amazing. They were friendly and very helpful. Great value. We all enjoyed our stay. Great breakfast. On the second floor, on the way to the ice machine, pool, there were discarded desks, chairs, and other furniture just stacked on the dude if the stairwell. Very unsightly, and honestly, there is no Excuse for it. It looked unprofessional, and it really made me think that if the management didn't care about that, God help us with what goes on behind the scene. I might add, on the other side of the hotel they did the same thing. Get a dumpster already and toss it!!!. They were putting new furniture in the rooms so there were a lot of vehicles in the parking lot!! First floor room opened onto parking lot but this wouldn't keep us from staying there again!!. Small pool area. Unable to turn whirlpool on in hot tub. Too small dining area for breakfast - had to use lobby one morning to eat - too cramped. we liked everything. The bathroom was very small. Roach in bathroom. Bathroom was incredibly small and the shower was terrible--awful water pressure. Price was a little high but probably OK for the area. It's a small, dated, hotel design and two queen sized beds are too big for the size of the room. There was not a thing that we did not like. Bathroom was a little small. The room was a little small and the breakfast area was very small and at times we couldn't find a seat because of the crowds. Very small bathrooms. But who cares. There were a few maintenance issues--clogged drains, burned out lights. Bathroom was a little small. Bathroom small, but sufficient for our needs. The room was VERY small, to the effect that the furniture barely fit and it was hard to walk around. Small bathroom. Tight walking space. very small bathroom. Had to pay $5.00 per day for parking.. Space for breakfast; Parking;. Need to replace all the toilets with hi-rise. Saves water and are easier on the knees. Two besa in the room make it smaller, although if you travel with children you would want the extra bed. Staff weren't too friendly. Nothing. The room had 2 double beds leaving very little space to move around. Very tired hotel. Room has two queen beds, which doesn't leave much room for people. Large window at front of room faces the (outside) corridor to rooms - curtain did not close completely, so a bothersome amount of light shone through all night. A little too pricey for the type of accommodations found. Price, running toilet that went on for hours, staff that didn't take off price for inconvenience of losing hours of sleep due to running toilet and then they actually gave a brochure to return again after we complained about toilet n losing so much sleep from it. Parking, breakfast eating space. Attitude. Room size. Would not stay again or recommend. Triple A rating poor.
