We just decided to take a relaxing trip and see St. Augustine as a tourist and then on to Key West. Staff was great and we enjoyed our stay. We would stay here again. Close to beach and easy to get to attractions.
front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. went out of his way to find out what we liked to eat and made recommendations. The continental breakfast was above avg! the waffle maker was a hit with us.tutti gli commenti dei clienti »
Room wasnt ready but they gave me another room instead so I didn't have to wait.

The location was fine, but except for Mariana at the front desk,
everything else was not. Rotten fruit, no creamer and limited selection
for breakfast. A running toilet all night. And an attitude from the desk
guy in the morning. I left aday early and went elsewhere.

the hours for breakfast was to short! we only made it down there 1 day. the walk to the beach was too long, we should have drove.

Access to lobby after 10pm was locked....you had to call front desk to get in...I just wanted a cup of coffee.
the hot breakfast was horrible. Sausages were slight warm, what I think were eggs were ice cold and nasty.
I had thought the hotel was closer to the beach.
It really was not as close to the beach as they said.

equipped then others. Bummer! You don't know what you are getting there. The beach is more then 500
steps away. Finally learned how to drive to beach.
