  Staff was very responsive, my wife lost an ear ring down the drain the staff immediately responded to remove the drain and retrieve. Brought us a microwave that is not generally included in the room - I loved the decoration and the landscape of the garden and surroundings, and all the staff are bilingual, that was good ,
