  From the minute we arrived at the hotel, staff went out of their way to answer our questions and cater to our needs. The room was very clean and cozy. We had a garden room which had a beautiful view of the pool and a nice bench outside to enjoy the nice weather. The hot tub is great and slightly tucked away on the second floor.   We had a family room. It was huge. It had three (they advertize them as queen but I think they were more like full) beds in the room with still room for a table and chairs. The bathroom was big and clean. The extractor fan wasn't working though so it got steamy in there there. There was a fridge and microwave also. Overall the room was great. I would certainly recommend Heritage Inn and I kn - I liked the spacious rooms, some with terraces. The bathroom was clean and well designed. Staff was friendly and accomodating. Breakfast was full of many choices, even without a hot buffet. It was far enough off the highway so road noise was not a problem, yet close to outlets, the beach, great restaurants, and other entertainments. Would stay there again if in the area.
