  The bath tub was beautiful. The room was just fantastic all around. Lost for words. Will stay again in a heart beat! - It was first rate and wonderful! Everything you ever wanted an dmore was provided and the staff was superb!

  The location of this hotel right on Lake Washington is really great and the view across the lake toward the mountains is really good. They have weddings throughout the year because of the location but the noise was not intrusive. Friendly helpful staff, well appointed rooms (get a lake view) and good food but you need to book the restaurants. - L... cosa dice la gente » ove the location, interior convenient restaurants, Friday night music in the bar, lots of room to view sunsets, balconies, side rooms with no elevator, really friendly staff, champagne on arrival......we were just there for our 2nd time and Love it!!   The staff was outstanding--helpful, friendly and extremely welcoming. The rooms were clean, the bathrooms were relaxing, the grounds were charming and the perfect spot for a short walk. Willows Lodge is also ideally located--within walking distance of a nice biking/hiking trail, Chateau Ste. Michelle and Columbia Vineyards. I have been fortunate to have stayed at some fancy places throughout my lifetime and this place blew them out of the water! The service was impeccable! Everybody seemed like they enjoyed their jobs and genuinely wanted you to enjoy your stay. I can't wait go back!

  The Doormen were fabulous and very service oriented. Cute note on the mirror from one of the cleaning staff wishing us a great day.. COFFEE IN THE LOBBY...can't even believe I didn't put that first! THANK YOU! The fresh apples everyday in the lobby were a very nice touch. Love how dog friendly this hotel is...and a treat to s - Huge suite. Had a large amount of room to spread out and for the baby to have separate sleeping space. Hotel furnished a pack n play and fan upon request. Wine happy hour was great everyday and especially on weekend with live music. Staff were very helpful and friendly except for the day of check-out which I hope was a fluke.
