Great breakfast - more than we expected !!! -
Location good for our trip to see the fall colour in Vermont.
Liked the ability to prepare own meals and the suite organisation for our group of 5 (two couples and a teenager).

Upon arrival our room had been mistakenly assigned to another guest.
The desk staff worked diligently to find another for our first night. Upon checkout, without my asking my bill had been lowered and the hotel had taken the initiative. We all mistakes. Smart suites admitted it and did something to compensate. Thank you. It was greatly appreciate

The service was excellent.
We inadvertently booked a smoking room but they kindly switched us to a non-smoking room. The manager James was extremely helpful in answering all of our questions and met any request we had.
He went above and beyond. both in terms of service and professionalism.

The room was very well decorated and had all the amenities that made it a perfect stay. I was able to cook my own food which is a plus when staying for more than a couple of nights. Also, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. -

for shopping,eating and evening outings.Very helpful and friendly

This is really sweet motel. Very adorable and green place. Staff is nice and helpful. We had value room which was kind of old but for the price it was ok. Breakfast was included. You can enjoy jacuzzi, two swimming pools, dvd player, bikes, free tea and coffee. What I really like were many free samples at the reception. Farmer's market is just 10 min walking. Host's hospitality is unbeatable. Cottages are very clean inside despite being very old. We got to travel back in time to see how people had lived in these cottages. The owners were Very Friendly, Extra services I required were easily provided. Despite a full capacity, there was no delay in service, and late night or early morning requests were diligently attended to. I would recommend Families with small children anytime.

We had a deluxe one bedroom suite which was perfect for myself, my
husband and two adult children (17, 21). Cathy, the desk manager was
extremely helpful, courteous and personable. We had originally booked a
2 bedroom suite which was too big and helped us contact the online site
we used to book the room to better suit our needs.

I loved the fact that it felt like I went to my vacation home and not a hotel. I had all the cooking supplies right there. There was a ski shop in the basement. Great location to skiing. The shuttle was right there. The people were so cool. The parking garage meant we didn't have to clean ice off the windows. -
