The breakfast had very good choices and everything was very good. The hot food was plentiful and the eating area was clean.The room was clean and the beds comfy. They also offered coffee and tea 24/7 and milk and fresh baked cookies at 8 pm. It was a very homey touch and proved to be quite popular with the guests. -

I really appreciated the kindness of front desk staff to help me when my flight got cancelled and I had to spend the night in Burlington. The 19th century charm of this inn is incredible. It's a gorgeous old estate home with unbelievable gardens and view of the Vermont mountains. The owners are lovely people that give you the feeling you're spending the weekend in their country home. It's stately, but unpretentious. -

Absolutely beautiful! We can not wait to go again in the winter. All of the staff were very friendly & courteous. The views are breathtaking.
The rooms were very comfortable with silky feeling sheets.
The pool area was plenty big with room for kids & the adults along with a nice bar area to get food & beverages.

Upon arrival our room had been mistakenly assigned to another guest.
The desk staff worked diligently to find another for our first night. Upon checkout, without my asking my bill had been lowered and the hotel had taken the initiative. We all mistakes. Smart suites admitted it and did something to compensate. Thank you. It was greatly appreciate

The service was excellent.
We inadvertently booked a smoking room but they kindly switched us to a non-smoking room. The manager James was extremely helpful in answering all of our questions and met any request we had.
He went above and beyond. both in terms of service and professionalism.
