The location was perfect from the airport and site seeing. The beds were super comfortable. The room was very clean and the bathroom was the cleanest that we have ever seen in years of traveling. Raddison's staff were professional and friendly. -

Everything at this hotel meet my expectations. Room was equipped with a microwave & small size refrigerator & free wi-fi . Sheets were clean , beds comfortable , no sight of bed bugs. We love coming here! The rooms and beds are clean and comfortable. We love the pool and ping pong table and the proximity to mountain activities. The breakfast was delicious and very filling - ham, eggs, hash browns, bagels, cereal, waffles, etc. -

Staff was outstanding. There was a communications breakdown between letsbookhotel.com and the hotel.. Required prepay and arrival date was was incorrect.. Hotel took prepay as they thought I was a no show and for fitted

We found the hotel conveniently located and comfortable. We particularly appreciated that there was a good restaurant attached to the hotel. (The breakfast provided in the hotel was fine, but having a full service restaurant available as well as a great bonus.) -

Our room had a nice little balcony with view to the mountains and the valley. The bed was very comfortable and we loved the additional room with sofa and TV. The staff at the front desk was very nice and it was obviouse they like their job there. We got good recommendations for dinner from them and our absolute favorite was the "spotted dog".

Very friendly service. Nicely decorated, clean cabin has refrigerator and microwave. Relaxing resort. We stayed in a cabin but it also has a camp area. Riverside Resort is conveniently located 1/2 hour from Bryce Canyon. -

Our stay at Best Western was short but truly amazing.
For the same price in another hotel in Grand Canyon we didn't get a half of the things they offered in Best Western: spa, hearty breakfast, comfortable rooms and proximity to the park.
Location is the key: 2 miles from the Bryce canyon entrance so we were on time for the sunrise.

The hotel is very easy to find - head for Bryce Canyon and you can't miss it on the left. It's perfectly located for exploring Bryce Canyon, and with hindsight we should have opted to visit nearby Zion Park from here rather than move hotel as we did. This hotel has a wonderful oak framed, high ceiling entrance lobby - very impressive. The whole place has a lovely ambiance and the room we had on the top floor was excellent. My husband and I stayed at this hotel with the intent of just having a place to crash on our vacation further north. What a pleasant surprise! Rooms were clean, staff was very accommodating, and the breakfast was amazing! It was the best continental breakfast we have ever had.

The Ruby was right at the gates for Bryce Canyon and as such was great. It is very large and has a real monopoly on the area which is not a bad thing but makes it fairly generic. We had no choice as to where we ate but the food was ok. The room was comfortable and the bedding and beds fresh. It was extremely cold and the heating was excellent. P

short stay. Mainly required services and support were all located within

Loved the resort and its surroundings. The staff were great and worked through a major problem with a most favorable outcome. Dinner with a great entertainer capped off the evening. -
I loved the location, Midway is a lovely mountain town with lots to do.
