Kids enjoyed the indoor pool. Breakfasts were excellent value and delicious. Parking was free and well-lit at night. -

The room was nice, cool, comfortable. The whirlpool tub was the reason for paying the high price. The clerk at check in and out (same person) was awesome! -

The customer service is phenomenal! At 3 am the staff went above and
beyond by bringing personal care products to our room. Then, at the time

Enjoyed everything about this hotel, except parking.....Employees were fantastic and helpful, This is a get away from workinf to many hours for both my wife and myself...We plan on repeating our stay..And when friends come to visit this is where we will book their stay.. - Location was excellent and staff were very nice and friendly

This hotel has an excellent shuttle service for taking guests to places
nearby. It took us shopping, dinner and breakfast. It was very
comfortable to use it and we saved a lot of money on taxis or renting a
car. The drivers were very friendly and we just had to wait a bit when
they picked us up (the longest was about 20 minutes). The hotel is

The Hilton was within walking distance to the Galleria and other
shopping areas. It was clean, and quiet. There was easy access to the
freeways, 10 minutes from downtown. 15 minutes from the airport on
Sunday morning at 8 am.

Hotel staff were all fiendly and helpful. We cruised from Galveston on
the 14th and returned on the 21st, the Hilton provided us with complimen
tary parking for the cruise duratoin. An extra perk that many other
hotels in Galveston do not offer or charge extra for utilizing the
service. We didn't get into the swimming pool due to a cold front

The staff was amazing. However we were very dissappointed with the lack
of cleanliness within the pool area, especially the pool. We Understand
its hard to keep clean later in the day, but my son & I were there
every morning by 9:30am and the pool had straws floating , cherry stems,
hair balls etc. For $300 a night, we were quite disqusted. Other than
that, the hotel was fine. Again the entire staff was excellent.
