Almost everything. Very quiet. Nice bath products. Clean and well
maintained. Meals were very good. Breakfast and dinner. Restaurant staff
worked very hard to provide good service. Spa and pool area were very
very nice. Shuttle bus is an excellent service to nearby attractions,
restaurants etc. -

We've stayed at the Hotel Galvez many times. Notice I said "many", that's because the staff is awesome. From the moment you pull up to the valet at this beautiful, historic hotel, you feel special. The Galvez Hotel is a beautiful old hotel that has been magnificently restored and kept up to date. It is right on the seawall and beach and has a rich and interesting history. I like that this is prominently displayed and guests are made aware of its history. We especially enjoyed the older gentlemen curator in the lower level where a lot of pictures and artifacts are displayed. This gentlemen should be specially acknowledged as he brought the history and stories to life.

Beautiful and very pleasant. Everyone was so helpful. Bell men took care
of us very well. I wish I had gotten their names but unfortunately I
failed to get the names. We plan on putting Austin as our yearly
vacation with our grandchildren.

When checking in , I was asked by a gentlemen named Albert what was the
reason of our trip. I stated it was my husband & I 24th wedding
Anniversary, which he stated I will give you a upgrade. Come to find out
we were upgraded from a one bedroom to a 3 bedroom presidential suite
for no additional charge!! This was the biggest & nicest hotel room
I have ever seen!! I would like to say Thank You to Hilton & staff
for a very wonderful & enjoyable stay!

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Our room was spacious and comfortable and appeared to be recently updated. We also enjoyed going over to Palm Beach, the water park located on the property. The food in the restaurant located on the 1st floor was delicious! -

After reading other reviews I was nervous about booking but needed a
budget friendly hotel for our trip. This was definatly budget friendly.
On check in Tony was very friendly. He gave us maps of attractions and
the area and directions on several other occasions. The room we received
did have a musty smell when we got in but it was nothing overbea

The room was clean when we arrived. We did have a light bulb out in the
bathroom but the others were enough to make up for the one that was out. -
I was extremely impressed with the courteous staff and the clean spacious lobby when you walk in. The free breakfast was a surprise in that it had a very good selection of different items to choose from. The rooms were not incredibly new, but there was no smoke smell and everything in the room (even the bathroom) was spotless. The rooms were quiet and comfortable.

The pool and lazy river was the high light of the trip for my twin 7 year old boys. The nature aspect around the pool sites were just beautiful. -
