  On our New England Tour we stayed here for the first night. The hotel is not far from the highway, nice and clean, friendly and helpful staff, has a swimming pool, a fitness room and a small store. Breakfast was good and there was free coffee, tea or hot chocolate 24/7. - The staff and the accommodations were excellent.   I like the look and the warmth of the facility. Very clean, didn't appear to crowded with guests. I interacted with several shuttle drivers who were all pleasant and very accomodating. I especially liked the customer service that I was giving by Andrea. She had the right personality and made me feel very welcomed every time I walked pass the fron... cosa dice la gente » t desk. Kudos to her! - Staf at the front desk (Kate) was especially helpful and very friendly. Sent a refrigerator up to our room upon request and gave helpful advice about nearby shopping needs. Thanks!

  It had everything that we needed. The staff were especially helpful and informed us that the shuttle would take us to a restaurant for lunch. Since we were really tired of driving by this time and didn't want to try and find a good restaurant, this was greatly appreciated. My husband always wants extra pillows. The bed had a lightweight throw blanket. I liked that. The ice machine and vending machines were close by. The shuttle was prompt and driver was nice. We were close to the airport.
