  The quiet room. The comfortable bed. The cleanliness of our room and the inn. The comfort of the bed and the temperature of the room. The staff were friendly, attentive and accommodating---they were able to suggest a way to get to downtown without taking our van even though the commuter rail was not running. - We fly into TF Green at least once ... cosa dice la gente » a year, spending a Thurs. night and a Sunday night at one of the close by airport hotels. This is the 5th one we have tried and is the best for sure.The location to the car rental, the staff, rooms and breakfast are all wonderful. Can't wait to return,

  I like the look and the warmth of the facility. Very clean, didn't appear to crowded with guests. I interacted with several shuttle drivers who were all pleasant and very accomodating. I especially liked the customer service that I was giving by Andrea. She had the right personality and made me feel very welcomed every time I walked pass the fron... cosa dice la gente » t desk. Kudos to her! - Staf at the front desk (Kate) was especially helpful and very friendly. Sent a refrigerator up to our room upon request and gave helpful advice about nearby shopping needs. Thanks!

  Staff was extremely friendly. Agreed that the little food area in the lobby was extremely over priced and the food was not good but the people were so friendly that it almost made up for it! - Room was large and comfortable. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast area was well kept and the Breakfast menu was properly priced.

  It had everything that we needed. The staff were especially helpful and informed us that the shuttle would take us to a restaurant for lunch. Since we were really tired of driving by this time and didn't want to try and find a good restaurant, this was greatly appreciated. The room was very quiet and had a comfortable bed. it was easy to find ... cosa dice la gente » and close to the airport. - The rooms were large. We had extra pillows. My husband always wants extra pillows. The bed had a lightweight throw blanket. I liked that. The ice machine and vending machines were close by. The shuttle was prompt and driver was nice. We were close to the airport.
