I love the staff. We were greeted with fabulous coffee. The room was very authentic PR. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms were beautiful. The location was superb. The hotel was above than our expectations, is very beatiful, clean, and the staff in all the areas are very friendly, helpfull and efficient. We stay just one night, we were in transit, but we love the hotel and the few places we saw in San Juan, we definetly will be back for vacations. Totally recommended. -

The hotel was beautiful. Our room was massive. The beds were so comfortable. I love design and color and the rooms were well put together. Fridge in the room, very handy. This is a very nice hotel and I hope to go back next year. The staff was very nice and the hotel was very clean and comfortable. I liked having the pool right outside my door and being able to relax in it 24/7. The beach is also very close and seemed more private than the other area beaches. I only stayed one night and because of circumstances it was a last
minute call. From the moment I called they were helpful courteous, and
from the moment I arrived I felt home. The staff was friendly and
accommodating they have me a great room it was clean and cozy. It was
right next to the beach and although a city beach it was very pleasant.
The price was right and affordable. I would have loved to stay there
longer. I recommend it.

Really it is a familiar environment. It is close to every important place and the service was very good. Specially the gentleman that was security at night, he always help me to get my parking for disables because my husband is visually impair. No matter at what time I get to the hotel he moved the cars so I can park close to the entrance.

A lovely place to stay. Nicely designed and clean and friendly. Stop looking, you won't find a better hotel for the money. The food was fantastic as well. Close to airport, centrally located for attractions. Don't miss the rain forest just outside of town and car rental is very affordable in San Juan.
