  The staff was very friendly and SO helpful.From check in to check out ,staff was always very professional. Loved the pool music on the weekend - Very nice hotel for the price--especially the concierge level.

  The hotel was beautiful. Our room was massive. The beds were so comfortable. I love design and color and the rooms were well put together. Fridge in the room, very handy. The staff was more than welcoming. My favourite part was the private beach area. Gorgeous pools, beaches and extremely clean. I am so happy to have stayed there.   Double tree is very nice hotel, modern style, in a safe tourist area in Condado, not far away from the beach, nice to visit pools of La Concha- the twin hotel. Service is good at front desk.
