The location may not be the most attractive one in NYC but it is very convenient - fast transportation to the hotel from the JFK airport by subway; only few minutes subway ride to Manhattan. The subway station is so close to the hotel, that when you got off the station you can actually see the hotel right from there. The vicinity of the hotel seems to be quite safe and it was rather quiet in the night. We had very good view on Empire State building and Queensboro bridge from the hotel room. The

It was my daughter and son's first trip to NYC and coming by train it was a very convenient location. The staff was extremely courteous, helpful and locked our luggage after check-out so we could sightsee. The beds are extremely comfortable, room was clean and I felt very safe travelling alone with two young children (10 and 5yrs). Great location fro forays into New York. Just 20 minutes from Newark airport. About 20 minutes from New york City. You could easily dump the car and use the PATH train to go into the City of New York for just $2.50. The trains are clean and on time. The staff were helpful. Size of room and facilities in room. Staff friendly and helpful, my sister and i stayed a week and nothing was too much. Breakfast was busy but grand. Close to Path train - 5 minute walk not 15 as in other reviews. 2 stops to great shopping at Newport and 10 mins to World Trade Centre. Room spotless, housekeeping came in every day. ViP diner on main street fab. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Breakfast - we saw many opinions about very poor breakfast here. In
comparison with other hotels|motels we stayed in during our road
trip this one was from the better ones. Missing fruit, vegetables
etc, but you could choose hot and cold etc. Breakfasts are generally
terrible in usa motels a 3-star hotels. W Based on reviews we
expected worse one here.

We stayed at Four Points for 4 nights, once we landed in Newark Airport we caught the bus to Port Authority Bus Terminal (Newark Airport Express Bus), the price was $28 each return, or $16 each way. The staff was amazing especially Kathia and Mohammed. Kathia was the
young lady that checked us in and she was very helpful as well as kind
and considerate. Mohammed was one of the gentlemen in the lobby. He
stored our luggage so we could go ahead and go site-seeing while we
waited on our room. When the room was ready Kathia was very quick to
finish the paperwork and get us checked in. Instead of waiting for our
luggage, Mohammed told us to go on up to the room and he would bring it
up for us.
