The decor is great as well as the location to food, activities and groceries. Bar and restaurant on site. Spacious room. Washer/dryer on site (which we used). Love that there are several places to lounge around, from the upstairs and downstairs to the pool and jacuzzi. The balcony on our room. -

The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The morning breakfast was great with a large selection of foods to choose from. There was coffee, tea, and hot chocolate available all day. -

Helpful front desk--changed our room when told we booked 2 queens, not one. Also, told them of strong smell in the first room and someone went right away to check it out. The hot breakfast was better than average. Pool area looked nice though we didn't use it.

Our room smelled of cigarette smoke. The office quickly gave us another room which was perfect. We really liked the comfortable king bed. The TV was a nice size. The room was very clean. The location is central to the city, close to Old Town and shopping. The included breakfast was the best we have ever had at a motel. -

Everything! The location is very convenient, our room was most comfortable, the staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Our dog was welcome and there is no pet fee. I would highly recommend this property and will stay again if and when we return to Santa Fe. -

The graciousness of the young man at the desk when we checked in. And they made our dog feel very welcome. We were traveling west to east and there is another Days Inn on the west end of town that we would not have stayed in. This property appears to have been recently overhauled. My room was absolutely beyond my expectations - large, comfortable, convenient clean and quiet. Friendly, cooperative staff, excellent housekeeping services.

We arrived at 3am and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I can't remember the name of the woman working the desk that morning but she was friendly and patient in dealing with some computer issues. We felt very welcomed - even at 3am! -

We really liked the decor of the Luxx. The rooms and the lobby were very attractive and interesting. I was very happy to be able to find a two-bedroom suite so close to the Plaza. We also appreciated having a parking garage so that we didn't have to park on the street. The staff members that we met were very accommodating and helpful. -
