Hotel was right downtown on the water front and walking distance from most anything downtown. The people mover also stops here so its easy to get back to the hotel or visit any of the other locations in downtown. The staff was extermely friendly and helpful. point fast drinks I personally love how they have a cvs ,a cafe with
mcdonalds,subway,burger king and a few others it sucks they were not all
open (zoups and a few others) but it was well worth the money I will
book here every year!

Buon albergo vicino all' aeroporto di Detroit. Strutture essenziali, accoglienza un po' rude ma professionale. Camera pulita, dotata di ogni confort. Ben insonorizzato. Shuttle service praticamente su richiesta 24/24. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. -

Deb was the night manager. We had talked to her the night before so she
could charge the room to my husband's credit card, as he was not
accompanying me on the trip. When I arrived, she greeted me warmly...and
the paperwork had already been completed. I appreciated the ease of
checking in. -

It was convenient to airport. The heat had been turned on and it was warm when we arrived. We were able to leave our car while we traveled. -
the bed was great and the room was clean. also, even though it is right under the flight path you never really hear flights at night.

Love all the details. Paul Mitchell toiletries, strong wifi in our room (on 2nd floor), feather pillows, comfortable bed, hot (not warm) hot tub for adults (kids had pool), room cleaned every day (stayed 3 days), extra towels delivered within 15 minutes, just an awesome place to stay. I was impressed with the location, cleanliness. the staff person and the overall "feel" of the room. I was in town for a brief time to attend a volunteer training seminar and due to the comfort I felt being at this hotel, I wish I would have booked for two nights.

I liked the clean and comfortable rooms, the nice hot breakfast in the morning and the coffee and desert we had when we arrived late in the evening. What a pleasant surprise as we were with 2 other couples who were also very pleased. -

During our stay, we ended up going to The Lounge. Heather, the manager, did a fantastic job! She made sure we always had what we needed and was very professional and very nice. My husband and I both were very impressed with her and said if we ever needed to stay at a hotel in Grand Rapids again, we would stay at this hotel. -

Staff went out of their way to assist us with some unexpected needs and were very accommodating with changes that made things easier for us. Manager wrote letter detailing our situation that eased circumstances outside the hotel.

We go to The Ford and Greenfield Village several times a year. This hotel has a shuttle to both and the airport. It is clean, comfortable and the staff are always very nice and helpful. A lot of work has gone into updating it, but also keeping it's charm. -

If I ever go to Houghton again I would definitely stay there. I loved everything about it. The staff was superb, rooms clean. They offer you free breakfast and drinks daily. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The view is beautiful too over looking the water/mountains & walking distance to shopping & restaurants. -

We found the hotel fine, clean, etc. The restaurant food however stinks.
Nothing fresh, I had chicken alfredo and easy to see that it had been frozen food fried to heat it up. ugly food. Did not eat it, would not eat there again. My husband has MD and when we got back in could not find your shuttle, so ended up having to pay for a cab, 17.00 no

We love all your staff but Bonnie & Brandy was so great they really made us feel welcome the food was super good love the mushroom soup we only stayed two days but we will be back and have told family &friends to stay here your hotel is so lovely and peaceful from the room to the food and bar many thanks for making our trip extra great
