I liked the prompt service I received when I notified the front desk that an outlet was not working. I really liked the positive, kind interactions with all of the staff (front desk - cleaning). -
The general condition of the place was clean, and the staff was very helpful. The breakfast area was well supplied with the basic breakfast needs.

The manager Andrew Baccam met me at the entrance and introduced himself while my family was checking in. He provided information regarding a specific restaraunt, confirmed my directions and suggested additional places to see during my vacation. I was there for 3 days and all staff were friendly and accomodating. I did not have a single complain

We were always greeted when we left and when we arrived back with a
friendly greeting. We always saw smiles. The staff went out of their way
to take care of us when we needed to change rooms. The breakfast was
enough to get us through to lunch. The hotel was a very convenient
location for our stay. The bed was comfortable, and the rooms were
large. We would stay there again.
