Hotel was right downtown on the water front and walking distance from most anything downtown. The people mover also stops here so its easy to get back to the hotel or visit any of the other locations in downtown. The staff was extermely friendly and helpful. book here every year!

Buon albergo vicino all' aeroporto di Detroit. Strutture essenziali, accoglienza un po' rude ma professionale. Camera pulita, dotata di ogni confort. Ben insonorizzato. Shuttle service praticamente su richiesta 24/24. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. -

accompanying me on the trip. When I arrived, she greeted me warmly...and

It was clear that the hotel was being upgraded and we were happy that our rooms were those already completed. The furnishings were new, carpet and bedding was new, and the rooms were very clean. I loved how friendly the staff was! We were staying at the hotel for a wedding & they were so helpful with anything we needed. The suites were clean and spacious, and the bed was super comfy! It was right by the highway, which was very convenient.

It was convenient to airport. The heat had been turned on and it was warm when we arrived. We were able to leave our car while we traveled. -

Location is awesome. Right next to a large Meijers store. This was a stop over for us, we were travelling north. Staff are always friendly and my granddaughter loves the pool. This makes for a great relax time after a day of travelling.

During our stay, we ended up going to The Lounge. Heather, the manager, did a fantastic job! She made sure we always had what we needed and was very professional and very nice. My husband and I both were very impressed with her and said if we ever needed to stay at a hotel in Grand Rapids again, we would stay at this hotel. -

Staff went out of their way to assist us with some unexpected needs and were very accommodating with changes that made things easier for us. Manager wrote letter detailing our situation that eased circumstances outside the hotel.

I loved the proximity to the downtown area and the fact that there is a restuarant nearby was a bonus. The frontdesk personnel was very knowledgeable about the various neighborhoods/suburbs in Detroit and provided great service as well. The Shuttle service was another added bonus. I do plan to visit again and will definitely stay there.
