The grounds were wonderful. The unit we stayed in was pure luxury and a real highlight of our first trip to Nantucket from south Georgia. I cannot say enough about the two bedroom unit we stayed in.
The staff was helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the snacks and drinks provided daily in the lobby. We also benefited from the transportation provided.

Service was fantastic...there was nothing that we were in need of that wasn't there, or easily accomplished my very pleasant staff. Goodies put out all day long in the lobby for snacks. Great location. Rooms were very nice, comfortable, relaxing, and luxurious.

The location was amazing, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming with the exception of first arrival, the valet's didn't seem too thrilled or overly enthusiastic as we weren't sure exactly what to do. The hotel was beautiful and spacious as were the rooms.

This property is excellent. It consists of all suites which is perfect for couples or families. The building is beautiful itself and has great views from the rooms. It's better than most 4 or 5 star hotels in Boston. Brand new studios with a great fit out. Although there is no room service facility but across the street was a 7/11, restaurant and dry cleaners. Location is about 4 blocks away from newbury street.

The staff was absolutely great. Lisa was extremely helpful upon check in and when she heard thw news of our concert being postponed was just as great if not more. We stayed for the Boston Marathon. We wanted a family friendly and nice
hotel with a kitchen within a reasonable walking distance from the
events. This was exactly what we got. The staff were extremely nice, as
are all Bostonians incidentally. The Breakfast buffet was a nice
surprise and well done. The pool, although small, was plenty of fun for
the kids and just as new and clean as the rest of the hotel.
