Great place when visiting Boston area with a car. Close to Boston and Cambridge but free of the problems of parking and driving in the city. Hotel is easy to find and parking is convenient.

Being right in the airport is the sole reason for spending $300 for one
(short)night's sleep. I was able to print my boarding pass at the
computer station in the lobby. It made a huge difference to be able to
turn in the rental car the night before, take the shuttle to the Hilton,
and have a clean comfortable room in which to relax before our morning
flights. Our window had a great view of brightly lit Boston- which for
us was a treat. Room service was very quick and the server was very
pleasan

The staff was very friendly. The rooms were extremely clean! Bed very comfortable. I asked the cleaning person to leave me more coffee for the room and left some money for her to take. I had more coffee and she left the money! I did leave it when we left! Close to great shopping! Close to Fenway. Near excellent dining. The Bell Hops were very nice!

Our reception on arrival was warm and friendly. This was our first visit to Boston and as it was early evening we were able to quickly obtain the information we needed regarding where to go to eat.
The room was clean and fresh with all we needed. However only 1 tea bag so for tea drinking Brit's this was a concern!
Location excellent for everything we wanted to do. Close to duck tours, good restaurants and only a short walk to Boston Common

Never been there before. We have used Tewksbury as a jumping off spot on
our way to and from Fl-Me for 11 years now or more. I look for hotels in
the $80-$90/ night bracket and you fit that. Fairfield Inn, our
usual haunt, did not. We very much enjoyed our brief stay and were

The Charles is extremely convenient, provides a very pleasant environment, good services, particularly the use of computers. The rooms are nice and well thought-out, the food is good and the prices reasonable. A winner! - Excellent room, facilities, and location.

The room was extremely nice and very clean. I felt almost at home even though we only stayed one night, as we had an affair to attend and headed back to VT the next day. -

Our reservation had been confused by the staffer who input the letsbookhotel.com notification into the facility computer system and we had mistakenly been booked for the previous weekend, then charged as a no-show. The reception person tracked the error and the charge was credited against our stay. Fortunately I had brought a printout of our confirmation--and they had a room available!
