  Not perfectly located, but Tidewater made up for that in the friendliness of the staff, value, facilities, cleanliness and comfort. And not forgetting the amazing on-site breakfast diner! The guy on reception was very helpful and gave hints and tips on local eateries and things to do.   they allowed us to park there for free when we took a ferry to Martha's Vineyard. It saved us almost $100 in parking fees for the 5 days we were gone - Location, parking, and Internet access in the lobby and pool area.

  I was gladly surprised. It is not luxury but it is a nice, clean and comfortable place! It is right on the beach!!! It is not so close to the town center, but within a nice distance to bike. There is also a shuttle bus every 1/2 and hour at the door of the hotel that takes you to the town center.   The staff was SUPER accommodating and VERY friendly and efficient. The lcoation was within walking distance of most shops and restaurants in Hyannis. I was impressed with the swiftness and efficiency displayed by all staff members. The value is the main reason I stayed, but it's not the reason I will come back. Location and staff. Breakfast was included and ample. wifi free! Rooms were large and comfortable . Location excellent, we walked everywhere. They even stored our bags when we left for a few days to the islands. We will be back!
