I don't know where all the negative reviews come from, but we found
this to be a very clean motel.I Grew up with family owning a motel, and
a grand-mother who cracked the whip at cleanliness for others, so first
thing I did was check the beds, and the shower..(force of habit), also
gave it a white glove check around picture frames and door way..al

beach was out the door ,cross the street, and you were there, making our

The place is a short walk to the beach and places to eat such as Hungry Jack (pancake house) with Pizza Hut not far away.
Recently renovated rooms were very comfortable and modern. The A/C worked great!
Also, water pressure for the bathrooms were good. Not like some places where the shower drools out water.
Will definitely consider staying here again.

Art the owner was the BEST! My sons had the best senior week ever. Once Art knew I was a stern, watchful but caring mom. He was very nice and helpful to my boys. Too bad the room two door down did not have parents that taught them manners. At the end of the stay he called me and thanked me for having respectful young men I my family. Truly the ONL

Great location - couldn't be better, not too close to the noise from
the fun-fair on the boardwark, but right on the beach and with a
wonderful view from the large balconies at the end of the house (not
from the rooms). Free parking close to the motel and fridge.

I thought they had the most comfortable pillows and beds. I slept better
at the Flamingo then I do at home. Great location! Not far from the

I got a great deal booking the hotel on line, the staff was very nice, I traveled from Nashville, Tn to Waldorf on a bus and ended up getting to the hotel 4 hours before check in , there was a really nice woman at the front desk that promptly got a room ready for me so I would not have to sit the lobby, not to mention I had a pretty view and a ove

It was a better experience than I thought considering the number of negative reviews. My room was clean, had flat screen TV, mini-fridge and microwave. I definitely would stay here again.

Hotel is amongst a shopping centre which is very handy. It is also about 15 minutes away from Premium Factory Outlets and an hour from Gettysburg. Eat at the Olive Garden restaurant - great value for money. -
Friendly and easy check in/out. Great breakfast in the am. Friends and I use van transportation to and from the reception.

the price was excellent, the rooms wernt the ritz but they were sufficient. the pool was really nice. and it was close to everything(Phillips across the street,boardwalk a block away,mini golf 2 blocks away, fishtails like a half block away. plus there was the party block real close and a beer distributor within 2 blocks) -

Nothing at all.. woke up to multiple BED BUGS bites extremely filthy, rodent droppings, multiple bed stains. Unprofessional attendants. Low lit, dark around the premises at night., handicap accessible non friendly. Had to go to the hospital.

If you are looking for a good "bang for your buck" this hotel is for you. Very good location, you could feel the ocean breeze and it took 5 minutes to walk to the water from the hotel. We really enjoyed staying at the hotel. It was clean and the price was
right. There were more young couples then families. So if you were
looking for a more family style hotel this may not be the best. The
location was off the boardwalk but still bean accessible. We could walk
to Seacrets and the places that the young couple like to hit up. :)
It's motel style set up was perfect for those who come in late
night, as we didn't feel like we were disturbing anyone. We read
