  I liked the 3 restaurant options (bar in the lobby, the grille, and the steak house). I'm always in a rush in the morning when I travel for business so I really appreciated the quick continental style breakfast available at the lobby bar. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. I loved the access to the metro I loved the workout room The p... cosa dice la gente » opcorn and lemon water in the lobby in the afternoons was great and perfect after a long day I loved the convenience of the taxis in front of the hote - The hotel is centrally located, with the metro stop there and very only a couple of blocks to a lot of restaurants of every type. The hotel is a little dated, especially in the bathrooms, but is very clean, and very well taken care of. The room rates are very reasonable.

  I was just blown away! This is a very nice facility. I was truly surprised. I have visited this area several times and was never as impressed with my stay as I was this past weekend. This will be my choice of stay from now on when I visit this area. Colony South was centrally located to everything.   The first thing I would like to say is the hotel held nothing back when it comes to getting a good nights sleep. The hotel had temperpeidicmattresess witch made me feel right at home-I may have spelled that wrong but None the less the bedding is worth mentioning. Plenty of room in the bathroom and the kitchen in our room allowed us to curb our spending o - I really like how clean it is and that the maid service comes everyday and cleans up everything!!! I like the amenities the pool and the hot tub are great! I love the beach access right outside the atrium doors. Overall this is my favorite hotel in Ocean City because of cleanliness, the room sizes are nice and big and the staff is very friendly :) We had a great stay :) We will def go back :)

  Very good deal for a room in that location at such a nice facility. It was close to my business meeting in Howard County. I did get a free upgrade to a king suite which was a remarkable room and upon inquirary of the typical price, I would say it would be a good value at that price as well. - This was an elegant resort but budget friendly.
