  My wife and I have stayed at the Samoset Resort a number of times and the staff has always been accommodating and extremely friendly. Meals in the restaurant are excellent and the ambiance (both in the restaurant and in the hotel) couldn't be better - summer or winter. - The pool was beautiful and had a family friendly atmosphere.   Our rooms were very large with great toiletry amenities. The hotel is in a great location, just 5 minutes ride to Acadia Visitor Center and to the restaurants, shopping and pier. The big indoor pool with the hot tub was a great addition to relax after a long day of hiking. There is also an outdoor pool, but we didn't use it. Tasty cookies were served at the lobby in the afternoons, they were great addition. - The staff at the hotel were great. The view out of the window in our room or in the great room were worth the price of the stay. The evenings had a pianist with fingers that danced across the keys stimulating memories of yesterday. Both of the pools were spectacular with the indoor pool area reminiscent of scenes from Cocoon. The view from the Looking Glass has to be the best view in the area.

  The Stage Neck Inn was located on York Harbor and has a lovely water view. The staff is very polite and quite attentive and welcoming. Our room was an Upper Beach Room which had a distant view of the beach across the parking lot. If you are able to and there is availability, we strongly suggest that you book a close up water view. Do try the Lobster Rolls! - Sni was beautiful, had excellent food and very friendly staff. It was very clean, comfortable and well-run. Free cookies, coffee, hot chocolate, cider, and other beverages were provided daily for free. We had the Bed & Breakfast package with a full breakfast buffet daily. Two really good restaurants. It's in a lovely setting right on the water. Unfortunately, we were there in mid-fall. I'd definitely go back during a summer.

  The resort felt like a true New England Resort. I loved that it was removed from the hustle and bustle. The grounds were impeccably maintained. The into town was convenient and fun!! - Great facilities with lots of recreation options including heated fresh water pool, salt water pool and hot tub right on the ocean. Room was superb.

  The staff was very professional and courteous. We were greeted with an upgrade to a 1 bedroom suite with water views that was very spacious. The location was great-walk out your door to the ocean and to town for shopping and meals. The pools were beautiful with great poolside meal and drink service. She took time to talk gardening with me and I learned great tips. - I loved this hotel it made my stay that much better It had a very warm feeling I loved the fireplace in the lobby The pools and the hot tub area Where it was on the harbor just perfect A lot nicer than I thought it would be very well maintained Although people were working on the hotel for example the maids were never in your way and very quiet Very unusual which I liked
