The clerk at the main desk was EXTREMELY pleasant and informative for us as out of towners. He provided us with excellent information and places to go. Very friendly, accomodating, and professional! -

Friendly & helpful staff...my car was hit just as I turned into the
road that leads down to the hotel...they were very helpful -

I loved the location, great friendly service, nice staff, restaurant had very good food and service. The hotel shuttle was free to the airport and Jack the driver was a wealth of information giving a brief history of the Lexington area. -

The staff was very accommodating. I went searching for ice late one night, and the ice machine was broken. A staff member offered to fill my bucket in the bar and also brought me some sliced lemons to go with it. -

The property was clean, spacious, safe and generally well equipped.
Facilities and services compare very well to the Copley Plaza in Boston
& other 5 star places I've stayed. Truely an 'old world
quality' facilty for 1/3 the price. -

I made my reservation online for a room with two queen beds. Shortly
after I made the reservation, a nice gal named Carla called to verify
that I indeed needed two queen beds because another guest was requiring
that type of room as well, and they no longer were available. The phone

The staff was amazing!!! Caissa, Jill, Danielle, Kim, Richard...If I
forget a name... Oops! But All of them were most accommodating and
caring to each and everyone of my needs. I traveled alone with 2 babies
-which is hard to do- yet the staff made my stay so worth it -unlike
other places I visited. My room was prepped for me with a play pack in
place - I did a late arrival and was surprised at how clean and
comfortable the whole place was including the lobby- which smelled

I liked the decor - very sleek and modern. My room was comfortable and clean and the halls were quiet. I had a restful stay and good access to all the places I wanted to go in Franklin, Brentwood, and Nashville. -
The rooms were fabulous. Decorated so fun and such a great concept.

the staff brought me breakfast to my room because I was late to the buffet. this was a real plus. the staff was very attentive to my needs. -

We have been there twice within a few months apart. We have taken our
youngest granddaughter both times she loves just as much as we did.we
plan on bringing all of our kids and grandkids with us next year.the
hotel is very clean and everyone is very nice it is in a great location

Loved the manager's reception, the breakfast was amazing. The staff
