The front desk staff was helpful upon check-in when we asked for advice on how to get to downtown Chicago. The hotel offers a 24-hour shuttle to the airport which was extremely convenient for us. The drivers were friendly and safe, who chatted with us along the way. They are in a great location; many businesses are easily accessible by foot, car, or train. Cheap and in-town, not out on the highway. Old, but clean and the room was big. Nice staff and a "good" place, if you are looking to sleep. I had to adjust my schedule by a day....called the Hotel/Inn, and they moved it, without all the corporate "red-tape". Will stay again and again -

We were only staying for the night so didn't need anything fancy. Super 8 was perfect. Staff was very friendly and it was very quiet. -
