Friendly Staff. We had to leave our car in the parking lot for a few days, then returned to stay at this hotel again. They were happy to let us do this. Nice clean hotel - good breakfast/eating area. -

The cabin was clean; the bed was comfortable; and the location was great. This was the first place we have ever stayed where the owners came to us, shook our hands and thanked us for staying. We made a stop here, before going to Yellowstone (NB : if you are looking for motels closer to Yellowstone, look at "West Yellowstone"). We loved it: calm, peaceful, lovely surrounding.
We recommend the home-made ice-cream shop located a quarter of a mile away from the cabins.

We have a kenneled small dog and when we arrived to check in the desk clerk upgraded us to a room with the amenities we asked for plus the room had a door out to the grassy area for our little dog. It was the most accomodating hotel we have ever stayed in!!! Thank you so much, we will stay there again!!!! -

The location near the falls and the nearness to the walking path were not only beautiful, but gave you the desire to get out and get some exercise after a long day cooped up in a car. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. -
The location was awesome - right across the street from the river and the falls were just a two minute walk away.

Very friendly and helpful staff. On checking into our room there was a smell of cigarette smoke. As soon as I pointed it out, we were moved to an upgraded room with no fuss. We extended our stay with and nothing seemed to be too much trouble for the staff. We will be very likely to stay here again when we pass through Boise. -

We have stayed at this hotel on several occasions over the past three years and it just keeps getting better and better. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We had just arrived from Germany (very late) and the night clerk went out of her way to get us juice and some fruit since we had not eaten. Thank you!

we checked in late, and the hotel manger welcomed us with gracious hospitality. He is very helpful and friendly. The room is elegantly decorated. Very clean, roomy, and comfortable. very good breakfast with lots of variety. Will definitely come back if we have the chance to visit the Twin Falls area again.
