Location was perfect. View was superb. Pool, restaurants, cafes, rooms are all fantastic. Easy access to beach right in front of hotel as well as own private beach area. Excellent poolside bar. Hotel has own bus area to the side where most of the tour buses pick up. Would highly recommend it. -

It is a historical landmark. Conveniently located. outstanding beach and view.Great for shopping

Forget the reviews about how it takes a long time to get anywhere - plot courses of shortest distances on the map they give you and only use tram / boat for novelty. Awesome bridges and islands around lagoon tend to be shortest route(s).

do. You really don't ever even have to leave the resort. But if you
want to one of my favorite beaches Hapuna is right up the road. I also
really liked the products they had in their bathroom so much so I bought
some to take home with me.

This is Hawaii's Hawaiian Hotel. We had a room on the main floor, garden view, room 178 (smoking outside). It's an older resort but that is not a problem at all. Fabulous
resort facilities, very clean and comfortable room (partial ocean view)
with great service. You can't swim in the ocean directly from the

Beautiful location, spent the most of my time at the resort because it was so beautiful and relaxing. Amazing pool to sit back with a Mai Tai and watch the sunset. Watched the manta rays feeding and ate delicious 'spider shrimp' at Rays on the Bay. Would definitely recommend to others and would stay there again myself

When we arrived at approx 7.30am and found out check in wasn't until 3pm, we couldn't have been treated better, they told us to head up to the full buffet breakfast and to enjoy all of it on them, they gave us pool towels so we could use the pool or head to waikiki beach, they looked after all our luggage,and although we had to wait to almost 3pm

We stayed in an ocean view suite on the 21st floor. We actually had a view of the ocean and the mountains from our room which was really nice. The rooms were updated and very clean and the staff was very helpful. The location was convenient to everything!!! We were a block away from the beach, and the Beach walk shopping area was right downstairs from the hotel. There was plenty to do in the area and we did not need a car. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved our One Bedroom Suite at The Cliffs! It was very clean and very well equipped. The kitchen was perfectly equipped and they even supplied details like beach chairs and a cooler for picnics. Garden View Apartment included nice view of ocean, large lanai with table and two chairs, washer/dryer, dishwasher, full kitchen, supplied soaps for washer and dishwasher and bathroom toiletries. There were several clean gas grills with grilling tools around the property as well as lounge chairs, hammocks, pool and hot tub. Great restaurant on site but make reservations at least 48 hours in advance. Gluten free menu was phenomenal.

The Napili Surf was excellent in every aspect of our stay. They go out of their way to make your visit as enjoyable as possible. It felt very homey yet is right on a great little beach with excellent snorkeling and enough waves for the young (and a few older) boogie-boaders.
