A beautifully renovated and spacious house. Good breakfast. Walk direct from house to West Rock Park and miles of nature, or short ride by car into New Haven city centre / Yale. A very interested and interesting owner with good restaurant suggestions and art connections. -

The innkeeper (Linda) was delightful! The decor was fun (old movies and musicals), the backyard was relaxing, the location was convenient to the lovely town of Westerly, RI - as well as Stonington and Mystic (CT) and the breakfast was delicious! We stayed only one night, so next time I want to stay the whole weekend. -

We like the staff. They were very helpful and friendly. They made us feel at home. The interior is designed to make one feel at home. And we did. Also NYC is a trainride away from old Greenwich. The house has been built in 1890 and is beautiful. -

Lonesome Dove Bed and Breakfast is the perfect get away location. Ruth and Leo are the perfect hosts and make you feel at home the minute you walk in the door. I would recommend and re-stay here over and over. Breakfast was quaint and we enjoyed taking with the other quests. Our bed was comfortable and the view from the bedroom was priceless, it truly captured a photo of wonderful fall NE weather.

Beautiful b&b in the great little town of Phoenicia. If you stay there you can walk to practically everything in town. Beautifully appointed in a country/Victorian style. Tom the owner is just the nicest, most accomodating guy..
