  The general manager. We had a problem at midnight, he came to the room, quietly not waking 3 of the sleeping ppl in the room, and got the ac running. Then he told us that he would adjust the bill, and he did exactly what he said he would do. We are very thankful for him. Kudos to him!   Excellent hotel (one restful stop in our journey from Grand Canyon to la). Very nice welcome, helpful staff, outstanding room (nicely decorated, extremely confortable, all facilities inc real high speed internet, real hd tv), very good breakfast. The facility was immaculate as was the room. The bed was very comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.
