Very good shuttle service to and from the airport, made life very easy. Bags could be stored for collection at a later date which made travelling a lot easier as we didn't have to take all our camping stuff when visiting other places. Food was good and breakfasts made delightful especially by the really lovely waitress who was always interested in

Compared to other hotels in the area, I liked that it was budget-
friendly. We stayed at the hotel to meet up with our tour group. Your
front desk clerk was extremely professional and helpful when we stayed
the night of June 15, 2013. Would stay again when we are in Anchorage.
The staff is an asset to your hotel.

We arrived late at night (2 AM) on a flight and had parked at Dimond Parking across the street. The Microtel was inexpensive, convenient, and completely suited our needs for a one-night late night stay. Staff was friendly and service was prompt. The hotel is not fancy, but is good value for the money. I would stay again in similar situations. -

Everything at this Motel was super - the staff, the location, near
airport, near public transport, near Carrs supermarket, near
Thrifty/Dollar. First place we stayed with proper wifi. The happy

The staff at Super8 Anchorage was very friendly and helpful. Vanese took
us into downtown to catch our cruise ship transfer instead of us taking
the city bus with our heavy luggage. It was so kind and helpful of her
to do this for us!

Everyone at the hotel was really nice. I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the rooms were. They will also pay for your taxi to and from the airport which is a nice bonus! -

Enjoyed my 4 night stay here, staff were good and helpful. They changed my room to one with views over the mountains, which was wonderful. Busstop nearby, though the Hotel driver Karen, may be able to drop you off. Little supermarket across the road at the servo. -

It was air conditioned, which I hear is not common for Anchorage but was really good to have. Breakfast was OK too. -
Pretty spacious room and had fridge and microwave in the room. Having free wifi connection was very useful. Staff was very helpful and friendly

Have been staying at the Puffin for years. It's always a good place to stay. The staff there is exceptional.The general manager has been there for years, is a good leader, and also drives the shuttle! Several people employed at the same company where I work (Red Dog Mine) also stay at Puffin. -

Everything. Jan and Ela are such a wonderful couple who make you feel like home. They really take care of your during your stay at Gustavus. They picked us at the airport when we arrived, they gave us great tips about the area, they prepared a delicious dinner and an energetic breakfast (this last one is included in the room price). Our flight was delayed and we couldn't get to our campground before the last orientation (required to stay at the campground). So we booked whatever room available as soon as we landed in Gustavus. They called us immediately asking if we needed a shuttle and provided a ride for us to the campground the next morning. Everyone was extremely nice, the bed we had was very comfortable and the breakfast they offered was delicious.
