Greeted by staff pleasantly on arrival with reservation ready and got room booked promptly.The room was clean and with everything we needed. The bed was comfortable. Location of inn was perfected for short trips to CDA and Spokane for sightseeing and shopping. Had a very pleasant stay. Inn served a full breakfast each morning.

Room was ok.
Not very much near inn, large Outlet plaza was completely closed. No restaurants close by had to go into Post Falls to eat.
They are under a massive renovation that was handled well by contractors and staff, no biggie, but exteriors and interiors of common areas are being redone- should be nice when its over.
Breakfast, used precooked bacon that had a terrible taste. Sausage and scrambled eggs is much better for people needing protein. Cold eggs doesn't do it. Too many carbs not enough protein.
Motel was under construction and it should not have been accepting
guests. Lobby ans stairs were filthy. I was shocked but had already
paid on line.
