It was the perfect distance to the places we were going while we were there. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. we will stay there again.
I enjoyed my stay at Quality Suites Pittsburgh, good price and very good accommodation for me. The staff were very kind and attentive to me. Nothing to complain about, just compliments.

Staff was accommodating. Full kitchen if needed (didn't expect that).
That it was closest place to stay while I took care of my aunt.

It was a full bed and needed a king. The shuttles where very slow at picking people up.
Cleanliness of the bathroom (hair in tube; bathroom floor not dry between the tube and toilet).

had kitchen but lacked severa; of the utensils. had a place setting for 4 but only one table knife for example. Coffee maker lid didn' t fit the carafe.
Other small details lacked attention.
Desk clerk at check out was leaning sleepily across the desk and not congenial.
Furniture and carpets may need some attention.
There was a bug in my bed. Not very visually pleasing. Dated furniture. Love seat broken in back. Ceiling plaster broken in different areas. Very few utensils and no glasses in kitchen.

very noisy for entire night. Got about 3 hours sleep. Room not ready when we got there. Staff seemed overwhelmed.
