  We really enjoyed our stay. The room & hotel, in general, was clean, well-appointed, and beautifully furnished. The buffet breakfast was very nice, too. We were able to take the hotel shuttle to Chase field, while leaving our car safely parked at the hotel. The hotel rate was very reasonable. Beds were very comfy, looked to be newly remodeled, staff was great and the free breakfast had the best selection of food I've seen in a long time.   Great hotel neat Phoenix Sky Harbor airport. Large rooms, no noise from adjacent occupied rooms, friendly and helpful staff, excellent price for location and quality of room. Pool was great although a bit small for the number of people using it on a Phoenix summer day. - Because the hotel shuttle failed to pick us up at the airport, (we had alrea... cosa dice la gente » dy waited an hour), we were reimbursed $16 for the taxi we took and we were upgraded by Diane to a room with a jacuzzi. This made up for our frustration.

  Overall experience was excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was excellent they even went out of their way to get us some bagels when we had to leave at 4am.
