in fuses for a long time. But the walls were newly painted and surfaced.
The rooms were quiet and had trees in the parking lot. -

The place has recently been renovated (after January 2013) Any review before this date should be disregarded as ownership changed and the place is radically different. At the price all I was hoping for was clean. What I got was a large
tastefully decorated room with complimentary wifi, hbo and parking. The
very friendly owner was eager to make sure I was comfortable. New owners
since January 2013 have completely renovated the rooms The new
mattresses were very comfortable, had a new microwave and new
refrigerator. The buildings are older but the interiors are very well
maintained and clean (my pet peeve). A great value for the price and I
would highly recomme

Very clean and great location in town. Frank and his staff are so friendly and helpful. Staying at Melody Ranch lets you feel more like a resident of Paso Robles instead of a visitor. -
