The location was the best part, right up by the boardwalk. The kitchen
in the apartment was decent sized and had most of what we needed. The
pool was close by and a nice pool.
The location was the best thing. The apartment was amazing and very comfortable.

Location. Do not have to walk far for food or shopping. We are people watchers, and it was a good place for that.

The apartment décor was a bit out of date, and there was a rip in the
sofa that was not patched.
There was only one bathroom for 3 bedrooms.
Lack of elevator and air conditioner couldn't keep the facility cool.
1. No air conditioning unit in one of the bedrooms.
2. Shabby and needing repair.
3. Mold in apt.
Needs many renovations. We stayed at the Majestic Apartments 15-18 years ago and not much has been done since. The kitchen is so tiny, absolutely no counter space. The bathroom has mold and water coming through the ceiling. Toilet leaked. There is not a clean corner in the whole place. Very dirty.
to late to check in, shop beside room[oc pericing] played rap music to loud and workers played around to much.
Air-conditioning did not work well. We did not sleep comfortably as
inside temprature was 80+ degree. Could not open windows. The apartment
could use an upgrade, particularly windows, bathroom and carpeting. No
consideration or compensation after informing the staff about discomfort
as a result of faulty air-conditioning.

The room....the whole look was terrible and the rooms smelled, they are
old and in need of repair, the pictures on the website are quite
deceiving!!!!!.
Very uncomfortable furniture & beds. Stains on carpet, cabinet doors
didn't close, no screens in windows, air conditioners were moldy
& filters gross. The cost was way to much brochure had $600.00 for
that week I paid $1547.00.
It was dirty, staff was rude, they had no toilet paper in the room, it was rationed out to us, the beds were beyond hard, no comfort at all...
