The room was perfect for my daughter and I...clean rooms and comfy beds...met our cleaning lady (Carol) and she was very friendly and quick to please in any way..she definitely takes pride in her work. We were not lucky enough to get an oceanfront room, however, we had a great ocean view..all rooms have a balcony which was fantastic..great little kitchenette...the breakfast lounge in the hotel lobby was small but you could grab your food and have a private breakfast in your room....just a few.

The room was very large and the bed was comfortable. The staff was excellent! The free breakfast was good. Friendly staff Comfortable indoor pool Great views Great continental breakfast Wonderful housekeepers. The pool was nice and the painting around the room was amazing and delightful. Breakfast was nice. I liked the room and the easy access to the Boardwalk. I also appreciated the friendly service. -On the boardwalk -on the beach -bedding mattress and pillows were awesome. Had beach and bay visible room balcony was a very nice touch. Location, ease of check in/ out, parking,value, space. Grest place to stay. breakfast included. Small and cozy room. Amenities acceptable for the money. The location was perfect for us. Boardwalk location. Location. Probably the only thing I didn't like was the price...but it was a last minute trip and we were lucky to find such a nice room thanks to letsbookhotel.com!! We were little worried about parking so we never went anywhere that wasn't within walking distance for fear of losing our space. Even though it was a lesser price and was supposed to be a city view, we saw dumpsters. Not enough storage space in the the bathroom. The dining area was small. Lack of enough outlets in room. The scrambled eggs at breakfast were not great. I thought the breakfast could have been better. The eggs seemed powdered, and the muffins were moldy. -A little pricey for a low budget family -continental breakfast had not enough choice for buffet style, but maybe I expect too much -inside pool barely adequate for swimming if more than 10 people try to swim -picture of room online showed a range and said kitchenette. My range was missing. Cable was in and out during my stay. Only watched tv at night so this was not a huge deal. pool a little small. I asked for a receipt and the receptionist decline because I didn't book thru them. I asked for the advertised senior citizen discount of 10% and the receptionist declined to give me that because I didn't book thru them. I'm sorry, me and my friends will never visit any Boardwalk Resort. Steve. The bathroom was missing part of the counter, the air conditioner was hard to figure out and the refrigerator kept freezing our sodas even after we turned it down several times. The bed was awful! King size bed that sagged in the middle, We could not get comfortable, My husband had to sleep on the small sofa. Breakfast area was not big enough to sit indoors and the food was not that good. Eggs were powdery and the wrapped danish was stale. The room was unclean and obviously not well tended by staff for some time. The room had some maintenance issues that went unattended long before our stay. Management was only concerned with filling the room, not the quality of our stay or correcting our issues. Even left a note and a tip for our maid to give us a little extra attention with the popcorn on the floor, trash behind the couch, and filth around the toilet left by previous occupants. She took the money and left the filth. I did not like the trash from the last guests being left in the room and the flies. I did not like the side view of the ocean when I asked for a front view. I did not like the fact that they would not cancel my reservation for the 1st night.
