Renting what is essentially a small apartment with 2 rooms and a full kitchen really makes the stay so much more comfortable. Each unit has a private hot tub! Plenty of other amenities like an indoor and outdoor pool, tennis courts, etc. Location is close to many good restaurants and food/drink options. The Beach Bus is also easily accessible. Grocery store is next door if you want to buy food and make use of the furnished kitchen. Definitely the best value I've seen for an extended weekend in .

Very convenient to all ocean city and Delaware have to offer. Unfortunately I was unable to utilize all the resort had to offer because we spent most of our stay at a cheerleading competition at the convention center. Will definitely be back to enjoy the resort and the area again. Perfect location in an ocean community that can be swarmed with people. Easy to drive to boardwalk access points. Walked to beach each morning and able to use outdoor pool in the afternoon. Near Rippons seafood carry out and a Crabcake Factory. Clean Big living space Helpful front desk people Hot Tub was fantastic Great having full kitchen and laundry Close enough to walk to the beach Away from boardwalk craziness but close enough to drive to in 10 min Will definitely return!. We own at Lighthouse Point Villas in the summer. Club Ocean is very similar. I like the apartment type environment that allows easy meal perparation as well as the privacy and individual hot tubs. The condo was great. It had everything that we needed and was well taken care of. The office staff was helpful during business hours. The facilities (pools) were clean and guard was friendly. Location was good. Quiet part of Ocean City. One block from the beach and walking distance to stores and restaurants. Condo was clean and loved having 2 bedrooms and bath. The Apartment, hot tub, and cleanliness. The washer and dryer were great because I have 4 small children and was able to wash clothes daily. This place is fabulous, could not ask for more. We are already planning our next trip, and recommending it to our friends. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and effecient. The hot tub at the unit was nice. Decent price. Would stay there again. The place was very comfortable. Kids love the hot tub, outside of the unit. It was well stock with dishes and lines. Very quiet, relaxing, has all the necessary amenities. the people they serve in the office are very friendly. quiet and set back from the strip, but close enough for a walk to the bay/ocean and surrounding shops. Location, the room was fantastic, clean and spacious. nice tub and shower, kitchen area. Rooms nice and adequately furnished. Good location. Appreciated the membership at gym. the rooms were clean and spacius. It was not that far from the beach or restaurants. Very spacious a lot of room for the money. Enjoyed personal outdoor hot tub. Everything !!! I really enjoyed my stay .The rooms were clean !!!!. The canal, the patio, the kitchen, the beds and linens. Staff were helpful and the units were very nice. everything's are perfect. Everything!!!!. The staff were polite and accommodating. The cost of the unit was good. Liked being on the canal side. Private hot tub although visible dirt around top that we cleaned up. After the first night we were moved to a different unit which was inconvenient. Check in on Thursday is only for 1 hour (5-6pm), and then everything after is "late check-in" where you can pick up 1 key and a map to your room. Then you have to stop by the office the next morning to finish the process. Didn't find anything during my stay that I didn't like. Main TV was out and they couldn't fix it. Other 2 TV's worked fine. Could use some refinishing on the deck outside, a bit rough. TV in the larger bedroom would not stay on more then 20 min at a time. maintanence did attempt to fix but was not successful. Comment was made that other units had had simial problems and the fix attempted sometime works. Appears to be a problem with the cable and needs to be rectified throught the complex. We checked in on Friday and couldn't figure out checkin procedure. The employee put envelopes in the white box and walked away. She could have said that we could get our passes out. Guests just started to pass word to each other. Communication could have been better. During the week the office was very helpful and friendly. Wifi was sketchy and being on first floor was terrible. Apparently there is no insulation between floors because it felt like the people above us was a stampede of elephants every time they walked. The staff, well not all the staff. Carol was very nice and outgoing. There was a staff member named Tish, she was rude and did not seem happy with her job. The pool heater was not working, nor the sauna. The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were flat. The ammenities need updated. The location was not close to the broad walk. The next bedroom had one queen bed. Needed two double beds. the indoor pool was not heated. too cold. check in instructions were not clear, and we arrived after the office closed at 7pm. sliding doors for closets were hard to move. we booked two nights and had to change room for each night. Also the second room had a odor of pet urine coming from the bathroom and the staff was told of this. the first room was fine. Beds were not very comfortable not was the couch. Would have been nice to have towels for quests at the indoor pool too. So far a walk to get to the indoor pool. The jetted tub stopper didn't work, the couch was covered in a plastic fabric. We had to move from one unit to another. We had no idea that this was the plan. The indoor pool dirty The smell to Clorox to strong !!!. Hot tub didn't work which was the amenity that was the reason we booked at Club Ocean Villas. Indoor pool too cold, jacuzzi was dirty and not enough hot water to fill it past jets.
