This is number 14 on our trip and the last stop.. Easy to get to, staff
were very good, very nice large enclosed garden area with pool etc.
Plenty of room for smoking if you do. This is a typical airport hotel
used by a lot of aircrew from the local airport. 10 mins from downtown

Staff; they were great. Whatever you do to train them to respond to customers, don't stop. Everyone I had contact with seemed eager to help in any way. The whole place was spotlessly clean. Pretty good hotel , with a pretty good staff . The room (king suite) is
pretty good also.
The hotel is very calm and cheap , and the shuttle lead you everywhere , anytime , in a range of 10 kilometers .
Bart and the Oackland airport are very close . And it take less then a hour to reach SFO international airport for a very cheap price .

Room was large, well equipped and clean.
AC unit bit poorly located to use trough the night.
Location of the hotel is good if you want to stay close to airport.
Otherwise neiborhood was bit "scary".
Nearby Wallmart did not feel very secure/comfortable for not "local" looking couple... Hotel provided courtesy shuttle bus to Wallmart and back, so we didn't need to park our expensive rental car in "risk zone" at the parking lot! Very good service!

Hotel molto pulito e confortevole, aderente agli standard della catena. Colazione ottima.
Comodo per visitare San Francisco, se si ha la macchina ci vogliono circa 25 minuti. -

We stayed here for the PINK concert at the Oracle Arena. The location was perfect. The hotel offered a free shutyle to and from the concert. Staff was very nice and helped us with delivered pizza. Great free breakfast as well. Clean room, quality bath products and comfortable bed.

I like the helpfulness of the lady at the front desk by the name of Catherine she went way above and beyond the call of duty to help us when our battery was dead she didn't make us call a tow truck she made sure we got jumped right there and made it on our way she was fantastic -

The staff was professional and attentive. Our room was spacious and
luxurious with a small balcony overlooking the marina. We were

Good location when having a car - right off the freeway. Easy access to all destinations in the Bay Area.
Right on waterfront on edge of city, lovely. Rooms on waterfront are quiet.
Basic but clean accommodation.
