  I read other reviews after I booked our room and was a bit hesitant keeping our reservation. But, once there I was happy to have found the room, staff and accomodations as good as any to expect. Yes, the furniture is old and funky, but the condition of all was clean. If you stay on Whidbey Island that should be expected! What did the others think ... cosa dice la gente » they were? Off of central park in New York?!! Just goes to show not to believe in what others may say, for they could be wrong. We loved our stay at t - Excellent value, it's a charming older place with comfortable rooms and small furnishing and design touches that show that they care. Very nice staff (front desk and housekeeping), short drive to the Whidbey Golf Club, Flyers Brewpub, and Oak Bowl lanes.

  This is a hidden gem. We booked this motel from letsbookhotel.com for only 1 night initially on our way to Portland, but decided without any hesitation to come back to this motel on our returns. It is clean and well maintained. The rooms and the place are tastefully decorated and furnished. Note: How many motels have you seen have a >40" LED TV and high bed in the room, with marble cou - This is the second time we have stayed at the Acorn Inn in the last year while traveling up to the San Juan Islands. All the rooms have be decorated and updated and furnished with impeccable taste. The owner is very friendly and customer service is great. Both times we have stayed here our rooms were upgraded to suites at no additional cost. I would highly recommend staying here. Easy to get to, Immaculate rooms, comfortable, quite, and close to stores.
