Hotel is very clean, well maintained grounds, and friendly, helpful staff. Loved the Hotel's theather and the outdoor heatd pool with a kids pool. Outdoor pool only goes about four feet deep so kids really loved swimming in it. Being so close to a pizza place near the pool was so convenient with the kids. Great place to stay with kids.

  The kids had a blast at the water park, there was something for each of them to do. The kids ages were 7,6,4,1 1/2.   Every staff member we encountered was great. The breakfast included with the stay wasnt continental and was an actual buffet breakfast which was definitely nice. The indoor pool and whirlpool were wonderful. I met the manager upon check in and he was very friendly and he even checked us out. My son being a younger child had an accident and when I called the front desk to apologize for forgetting to - The location of the hotel and the views. The breakfasts were very good and the food was hot. The waitstaff was very nice and efficient. We liked having a deck with such a nice mountain view, where we could sit and read and have some "down-time" The front desk people were helpful and courteous and we appreciated having the computer and printer, that was available for our use, in confirming outrairline flights and boarding passes.

  I loved the efficiency style rooms. It allowed my husband and friends and I to stay in and cook. I also loved that we could walk out the inn front door and be in town. - Our room was spacious and comfortable. We had one of the rooms with a spa/whirlpool tub. Which was very relaxing at the end of an adventurous-sightseeing day

  This hotel ticked ALL the boxes for us. From the moment you met Bonnie at reception, you just knew you were in the right place. Every staff member we met was exceptionally pleasant and helpful. The rooms were great and the food in the restaurant was better. We like this facility so much, we amended our travel plans and stayed another night. It is a great place for anyone. We particularly enjoy the outdoor pool and jacuzzi which is open year round! The staff is friendly and helpful, the bar has a great atmosphere and the food is excellent. Great value for the price. Highly recommend!

  The right price for a family of four and their dog. Really well situated in this great town of unique shops and near a fabulous outlet mall. staff helpful and chill. I believe there are rooms just for the pe - Accessibility pet friendly* first floor convenience pleasant breakfast cafe personable, helpful staff pool *i apologize for the 1st day that i left my pet alone and she barked . i 'd had her with me until 12:30. i was gone for two hours NOT THE ENTIRE DAY. either way, on subsequent days i found a boarding location. needless to say had i know that was her response, i'd not left her for that interval. again, my apologies.
